SORTED for e's & whizz

See Our Reality Try Everything Differently.
A one-day emotional resilience building fun experience for young people 16-21yrs

Sorted evolved after an undergrad at Bristol University requested some support for his peer group after 3 suicides during the 2018 exam period and 10 sudden student deaths in the 18 months prior. We devised and ran our one day workshop in May for 16 students.

In the middle of the night, it feels alright...

Although Joy Provision is unique, we work within and adhere to professional bodies’ ethical framework.

SORTED offers follow up work (Students are sent a CORE questionnaire a week before the workshop and a month and 6 months after to monitor wellbeing)

SORTED sets up an open network of communicative peers and the team offer optional 1:1 sessions.

But then tomorrow morning, then you come down...

SORTED enhances and augments existing mental health services and interventions currently in place on campus through reinforcing humanistic principles and using various therapeutic modalities.

Word on the street

"I had the most inspiring, wonderful day here.  I’ve made some great friends. I let myself open up and accept problems and know they are okay and normal and I now have ways to cope with them and be a happier person."

Angus

"Your experience, preparation, and expertise of your subject matter shows."

Bruce

"Opened a lot of doors up to me. The things Emma spoke about always made a lot of sense and made me realise I am not alone. Especially when she talked about how it can be looking out for others all the time."

Nina
